"The event with Shiza was really wonderful. She is an incredibly engaging speaker. We’ve had nothing but glowing feedback from those who attended the small VIP dinner. The large lecture was filled with 1000 attendees ranging from local 5th graders to college students and their families. It was a fantastic, inspirational event that I have no doubt our campus and community members will continue to learn and benefit from."- California State University, San Marcos
"It was an absolute honor and pleasure meeting Shiza and hearing her speak about her passion and progress towards change. We received such wonderful feedback from the Johnson & Johnson senior leaders and media after the lunch."- Neutrogena
"Shiza was great! The event went really well, and they loved hearing about her experiences and advice on how to bring activism into our IU community!"- Indiana University
"Perhaps the best gauge/ feedback is audience reaction; and at the conclusion of Shiza’s keynote the entire audience (faculty, graduates and guests) immediately responded with a standing ovation. We do not often see this at our Commencement ceremonies. Shiza’s personal story, her ability to engage and connect with our Graduates from the School of Education, and their guests, created an exceptional experience for everyone present in the Theatre on Saturday morning."- Capella Education Company
"She captivated us all. Her speech was not only incredibly inspiring and moving, but so perfectly connected with our organization and it empowered and motivated every single woman, man and child in that audience. People are saying that she was one of the best speakers they have ever heard. "- National Council of Jewish Women
"I was very pleased with her presentation, as was the rest of the audience. We liked everything about her...educated, talented, perceptive, ambitious, driven, persuasive, diplomatic, and wise beyond her years. We would highly recommend her."- Van Wyk Risk Solutions
"Shiza's time on stage and meeting with all of our students has made a large impact on our community. To hear someone who has first experience both navigating the challenges women face in Pakistan and leading others to begin resolving those challenges is inspirational for our students (and faculty). Shiza's passion came through loud and clear. Thank you for helping our students begin to understand a culture that has become unfortunately defined by war through media. Thank you for encouraging our students to take a risk as well as showing them the importance of service to others."- Berkshire School
"Shiza's public presentation went very well. We filled the room to fire code capacity with another 100 sitting in the lobby, about 1300 attendees total. Additionally, another 750 people joined in via the live web stream. Her presentation was very nice, well received, and she handled the vast Q & A beautifully. Overall, it was a big success for our program. Thank you for your work in helping bring Shiza Shahid to our campus during what I know is a crazy time after the big Nobel Peace Prize announcement."- University of Wisconsin - Madison
"I wanted to let you know that our time with Shiza was wonderful. She is a delight and very easy to be with, not to mention incredibly inspiring and articulate and gracious. She received a standing ovation at the end of her talk! There are lots of things that will come out of an event like this that we may never know, but she was an inspiration for our city. "- Uncharted International
