Biography

Six-time NBA All-Star Paul George is the small forward for the Los Angeles Clippers. He was the tenth overall pick in the 2010 NBA Draft. During his third season with the Pacers, he was selected to play in the All-Star Game and received the Most Improved Player Award.

He enrolled at Fresno State for a basketball scholarship. His sophomore season he was named the most entertaining player in the West region and the eighth most entertaining player in college basketball by Sports Illustrated. He was also named to the All-WAC Second Team.

Choosing to enter the draft two years early, Yahoo Sports reported, "in five years, Paul George will be the best player to come out of this draft." As the tenth overall pick, he was the highest pick in Fresno State history.

Since joining the NBA in 2010, George was named to the NBA All-Star Team six times, The NBA All-Rookie Second Team, the All-NBA Defense First Team and the All-NBA First Team. In addition, George won 2012-2013 NBA’s Most Improved Player Award. George has also developed a reputation as a high flyer, participating in the 2012 and 2014 Slam Dunk Contest.
