Eric Dane: Biography at a Glance

Biography

Eric Dane can currently be seen in the HBO drama series EUPHORIA starring alongside Zendaya. Dane is best known for his role in ABC’s critically-acclaimed, Golden Globe-award-winning and Emmy-nominated series GREY'S ANATOMY as the hunky "Dr. Mark 'McSteamy' Sloan". Dane can also be seen in seasons 1 through 5 of TNT’s THE LAST SHIP. Dane’s film credits include the 2011 Golden Globe "Best Picture" nominated musical BURLESQUE alongside Cher and Christina Aguilera and as part of the powerful ensemble cast of Gary Marshall's 2010 feature film VALENTINE'S DAY. In 2008, Dane co-starred in the adaptation of John Grogan's bestselling memoir MARLEY AND ME alongside Jennifer Aniston, Owen Wilson, and Alan Arkin.
