    Bennett Miller is an Academy Award nominated film director best known for his narrative features, Moneyball, Capote and Foxcatcher.

    Miller made his feature debut in 1998 with the critically acclaimed and award winning documentary The Cruise. In 2005, he earned an Academy Award nomination for Best Director for Capote, starring Philip Seymour Hoffman in his Oscar-winning performance as 'Truman Capote.'

    Miller’s 2011 feature, Moneyball, was also praised by critics and went on to receive six Academy Award nominations.

    Miller’s most recent feature, Foxcatcher, was released by Sony Pictures Classics in November. Miller was honored at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival with the Best Director Prize and received a second Academy Award nomination for Best Director.
