Passionate about food from an early age, Greg began honing his cooking skills at his school, The Ross School in East Hampton, which ignited his appreciation of organic food. The school's cafe staff helped Greg develop his talents by sharing recipes and by having him help in prepping food at events.
In the summer of 2008, Greg started a catering company, Culinaria Group, by booking catering jobs at art gallery openings and other events. Greg is involved in all aspects of his business from planning his own menus, hiring staff, and finding wholesale suppliers to keep costs down.
Last summer, the New York Post published a surprise cover story on Greg, and his unique cooking talents, including his passion for molecular gastronomy, the science of flavor. The story sparked interest among major players in the media, and within months Greg secured relationships with a team of professionals that work to help him create a unique brand, and to share his vision with foodies of all ages.
At the age of 14, Greg's goal is not only to hone his top-notch chef skills, but also to teach families about healthy eating and to raise awareness for childhood hunger. Greg never charges when working for charities and loves to be involved with anything benefiting children.
Greg resides with his parents in East Hampton, New York.
