Dayle Haddon
Dayle Haddon, is a leader in the global effort to champion women's public and private transformations. As a best-selling author, network TV contributor, business leader and global representative for companies and causes, Dayle's fight for innovative strategies to help women be who they really are is well-documented in the media. Building on her earliest visibility as a renowned fashion model and actress with more than 100 magazine covers to her credit, Dayle parlayed both her media presence and her powers of persuasion to lead a quiet revolution in the beauty industry.
Insisting that its leading companies address the complete woman at every age, Dayle's own contracts with Revlon, Max Factor and Estee Lauder broke ground for a new foundation of beauty. Today, a longstanding and proud global representative for L'Oreal Paris, she continues to change the paradigm for women from the face to the heart of beauty.
Dayle has delivered this message in two best-selling books, Ageless Beauty and The Five Principles of Ageless Living (published in eight countries); as a regular contributor on CBS The Early Show; in online columns for Redbook and iVillage.com; with cross country lectures both solo and on tour with Oprah Winfrey; and as honorary chair of the Women of Worth campaign in the U.S. and Canada. Last year, Dayle toured China where her book The Five Principles of Ageless Living is a best-seller, connecting with that nation's women on the topic of beauty from the inside out.
Dayle's newest role is an ambassador with UNICEF. She has traveled to Darfur, Angola, Rwanda, Bolivia and the DRC documenting programs in the field and interviewing women and children in the refugee camps, bringing their stories to the media. She has reported for CNN and CNNI and written for CNN.com, Glamour, Marie Claire and Huffington Post.
Dayle's priorities in business and the media are to empower women globally to enhance their self-image, continue to redefine aging and to uplift women as they discover and rediscover the heart of their own beauty.
Dayle has lectured for the Women's Forum, Sharp Hospitals, Boomer Conference, Dior, 92Street Y, The Learning Annex, UNICEF and Enough on beauty, health and living in balance as well as about her many trips to Africa, India and South America for UNICEF and the UN and the needs of women and children there.
Dayle is a mother and a grandmother living in New York City and LA. She is working on her third book about the beauty of giving back.
